LIBERDÚPLEX RECEIVED THIS PAST JUNE THE 8th THE GREMI D’INDÚSTRIES GRÀFIQUES DE CATALUNYA PRIZE FOR THE BEST PRINTED BOOK IN 2018.

The event was held at the INEFC (National Institute of Physical Education of Catalonia) located in Montjuïc, from where you can see magnificent views of the city of Barcelona. On this occasion, Liberdúplex received the award for two ex aequo titles, “Dies que durarán anys” by the publisher Ara Llibres and “Boutique homes” by the Cool Cities Media publishing house.

Víctor Trillo, Managing Director along with Jordi Roses of the sales team, received the award from the President of the Gremi d’Indústries Gràfiques, Iban Cid. The event was also attended by Enric Rújula as Production Manager of the publisher Ara Llibres and Carles Viaña, Francisco Javier Medina and Miguel Ángel Redondo as the people responsible for the production of the project.

The work “Dies que durarán anys” is dedicated to the events that took place in Catalonia on October 1st. The book offers a selection of photographs of the best photojournalists in the country, headed by Jordi Borràs. The photographic quality and the excellent printing and binding done, offer all the requirements to obtain this prize.

The second award-winning book “Boutique Homes” (Handpicked Vacation Rentals) offers a collection of more than 60 holiday homes with a unique and exclusive design. The book offers photographs of new, modern and elegant spaces that are emerging around the world, from remodeling barns to train stations, garages or even garden sheds. The colors and the dimensions of this work attract a lot of attention and are complemented by the originality of this type of Dutch binding.
